This article discusses the use of kaizen technology in order to improve the personnel management mechanism at light industry enterprises. Within the framework of the study, the questions of the effective use of kaizen technology were studied. The author studied the issues of introducing kaizen technology, taking into account the specifics of the industry under study. In the course of the study, an analysis was carried out and recommendations were given for effective personnel management from the point of view of taking into account foreign experience.
